Waymo adds Las Vegas airport rides for existing users
Harry Reid International Airport confirms access for current Waymo riders, with a wider rollout planned over time.
Waymo announced on October 21 that its fully autonomous ride service now reaches Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. The airport connection is available to people who already have access to Waymo rides in the city. [1] [2]
The airport's own Waymo page confirms that current Las Vegas riders have airport access and says additional riders will be welcomed over time. Neither announcement gives a date when everyone will be able to book. [1] [2]
Waymo lists dedicated autonomous-vehicle pickup and drop-off zones on Ground Zero Level at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. [1]
The company describes its current Las Vegas service area as 24 square miles and says airport riders can travel to destinations within it. Expansion to more of the region remains a plan, not confirmed citywide coverage. [1]
